Hard to say...if you want faster Internet get faster Internet. If you want convenient Internet use dialup.
Your connection is the biggest bottleneck by far.

I just want more efficient internet, I've had DSL, Cable and Dial-up. I plan on settling for dial-up at home and if I need to do any large downloads I have DSL at work. I just want the best possible speed for browsing with dial-up.
