Transmission clicking/Grinding

Earlier I drove over a speedbump and now the transmission is clicking and making a slight grinding noise. Called Earl shortly after and he said it may be the exhaust touching the driveline

Is there anything else that it could be

Please help immediately.

Earl is the man

The heatshield bumped up into the driveline and all it took was some prying to get it away from the drive shaft.
