I'll keep a copy as well. This should be in the How-to docs. The bill of sale definitely protects the rights or the buyer and seller in the transaction.

I got one that protects the buyer's right by going into details (such as flood and such). This one I made to cover my butt (seller) but I can do a buyer havily protected one if you guys want to. You don't even want to sign that one if you are a seller and thats the one our dealership use.
