It's on the bottom right hand (passenger) side. Unscrew counter-clockwise and the fluid will drain out the little petcock

I tried to change the seals but it was impossible to take out the bolts from the cams ( to remove the timmimng wheels).

How did you kept the cams in place to remove the bolt?

That's what the strap wrench is for. I got a set from Sears. The bolts are on very tight, so you'll probably need some help.
