Front axles spitting grease

Those are reman by Cardone. Did you get them shipped to your house or did they have them at the store? If they were shipped to you, did you return the core to the store or did you have to ship it back?

I went with the Cardone reman from Autozone too because you can return the core to a local store. Will install them with new tires when they arrive. Hopefully I will make a decision on brake pads and rotors by then too.

By the way, what other parts do I need to buy to replace both front axles?

Axle seal? If so then I would replace them at the same time. Cheap insurance to avoid leaks post-install.

The joints on the cheap axles tend to transmit the engine vibration to the wheels and chassis. The higher quality and OEM ones do not.

This is a new one to me, but maybe aftermarket parts have gone even further down hill in the last few years.
If this is true then the drivers rear CV, on my lego, that started making noise a few months ago may become more of an annoyance than initially anticipated.

What search parameters result in threads showing of this condition?
