I can see!!
Yesterday I took the time to replace all the bulbs that were not working on my SVX interior.
Lights that were replaced: 1. Cruise (green) 2. Fog (green) 3. Hazards (clear) 4. Power Mirrors arrows 5. Heated Mirrors 6. Parking Lights 7. Spot/Room 8. Spot/Door I also replaced the Rear Defog (green) light while I was at it just to complete the set. I found that the little green condoms on #4 and #5 were near impossible to remove and I ended up tearing them as they were somewhat melted to the bulb. When I took a close look at the old bulbs I noticed 3 different varieties. I replaced all the bulbs with the one from Radio Shack (12V/60mA) for CAD$13 as opposed to CAD$95 from the Subie dealership I normally get my parts from. Now all my lights on all the buttons are working. The only bulb I have left is the one on the center console for the shifter position. Anyone else personally tackled this one?

I'm in the process of doing the same. My console lights all work fine. They are delicate bulbs, blew two bulbs checking the others.

There was a post only a couple of weeks ago on this. I need to do the same. I think you can just remove the panel above the light after removing the shifter handle, not the entrie console. Check for the post for actual info. Randy ii |
