Transporter Truck came today

Well, the svx is on it's way to california, the transporter truck arrived this afternoon. should take about 7 to 10 days, and the first thing I'm doing when I get back to cali is drop it at a subaru dealership and get everything fixed.

I think i found the car I'm going to get next, I'll trade in the SVX for whatever I can get (suggestions?), and pay the rest off with cash. I better get a job soon...

Just don't let a dealership "take you" on the trade in. If you don't get an offer you can live with, then go to another dealer. Just my $.02

1998 is the best year for the S/V70. The T-5's are great. I have bought and sold around 50 volvos in the last year, and know them inside and out. If you need any further info, let me know.

I just had a thought, in a way, the S70 is similar to the svx; it's fast, sporty yet comfortable, handles great, and doesn't have cupholders

Ive worked at a Volvo dealership for the last couple years, and can also try to answer any questions you might have. Yes the cupholders slide out of the armrest, however they might as well not be there, they cant hardly hold anything

well what the hell else am I to do? I have to leave my toolbox in NY, there's already a project car in the garage (sister's 65 ghia), along with millions of boxes blocking the third car port, and smaller shops tend to suck. At least I didn't have to pay for the transporter.
