Sometimes FWD

So I put the fuse in to get rid of the binding till I could get a solenoid... The past few days while driving sometimes the FWD light goes off and I am back to AWD and binding. I cut the car off and it does its usual "lerch" like its been all "bound up". Cut it back on and the power light blinks (like it has been for the past few weeks) and after it gets done blinking the FWD light comes back on. I tried a new fuse and I get the same results. Its almost as if the car is bypassing my efforts to bypass the AWD.

Try cleaning the contacts that the fuse sits on and wiggling it around. Same issue, worked for me.
