Fight the power!!

Just a story I got a kick out of, its about a local guy here that fought his window tint citation and won.

Re: Fight the power!!

Unfortunately, this case still probably won't stop police from sticking the reflector to windows and writing tickets.

I do try to avoid having any run-ins with the Camp Hill Police though. Them and Upper/Lower Allen..hawks on pretty much anything.

Yeah not mention that Rt 15 N speed trap, they must pull over upwards of 20-30 people per day.

They're getting pretty sneaky up by the Cumberland Parkway Exit. They have this Black Explorer and they hide their electronic VASCAR right in front of it (not that the black explorer doesn't make the trap extremely obvious). I make a point to drive by at 45 each time I see that stupid setup. Sometimes I do that to them at the Bowmansdale Exit too if I see them early enough.

As for the one as Rossmoyne or Slate Hill..just gotta keep it under 55.

On the plus side all that ticket revenue helps keep my property taxes low.

Nope, got mine in a spot where they have never sat before. The places they are talking about you'd have to be a traveler or a complete moron to get pulled over. The road has a ton of lines painted on it and on the one side the grass is completely disappeared from too many cruisers sitting on it. There is literally more cop cars in this 1 mile stretch of 15 then there are at the cop shop or dounut shop.

Re: Fight the power!!

Coming down I-90 headed west towards Seattle there are hash marks on the side of the road. They actually have aerial surveillance that monitors the time it takes for you to travel between hash marks and figures your speed. They let you speed all the way down the pass and pull you over at the bottom when your not speeding anymore. It's not like they are even worried about safety, just their quotas.
