Well as soon as the legacy sells we'll be Subaruless

Put a deposit down on Angie's new car today. It has more horsepower and more torque then my TVR, X-type and CB175 combined. To say the least it pulls like a silent freight train and I didn't take it above 4000rpm.

It has a 4.0 V-8, 370-385 horses depending on where you look and 385-400 lbs/ft of torque.

Any ideas what it is?

Can't be an A8. They're 4.2L and only 310hp. My guess is XJR.

And the winner is...

2003 65k miles XJR with virtually every option except the picnic tables and brembo brakes. One owner, private sale with 34 hits on car fax (nothing bad of course, just a very anal service schedule. Only thing wrong with it is an auto lock mechanism for the r.r. door is bad. Have a used one already on the way for 12 pounds and shipping. Even came with a set of winter tires and rims. Should come in at about 4 grand once the Legacy is gone judging by MMR.

Now I need to find some z rated trailer tires. Any ideas?

Wrong end, for those in SVX or automatic Vettes and M5s of the same vintage.. Just what I need when I'm a point away from a Penndot hearing for my license

Yeah , buit i a Kia copyt of course the British can't copy cars all that good. it has real leather and lacks that quality plastic woodgrain of the Kia. It can tow the new camper just fine though

Re: Well as soon as the legacy sells we'll be Subaruless

Well it is official, no stars sitting in the driveway, yard or street. Legacy left today, once Subaru starts building cars with some quality again i'll buy one again, sadly with their current line up I don't see it coming in the near future.

I still do have possibly the oldest Fuji Heavy Industries product in the US sitting in the garage though.

From the back seat it shows its age of design. G-Teched it on 222 the other day 0-60 went by sub 4.7 seconds. She scoots!
