transmission swap (need help)

due to my financial situation i can not buy a 4.44 transmission, all i can afford is a 4.11. i know the 4.11 is not as good as the 4.44 in terms of longevity. since all i can get is a 4.11 can someone please tell me what the possible problems are with this transmission. also the car i plan on pulling the transmission from is a 1995 legacy outback. will this work ? HELP PLEASE !!!!!

Post the year, the car, the mileage of the 4.111, then Tom may give you a better idea of what to expect.
