need wheel offset help

i been looking into some 19" rims i need to know what the offsets should be with a 19+8.0" in the front and 19+9.5 in the rear, im guessing around a 40 to 45 mm offsets ?

my current set up is the axis decades that are 18+8.0 all away around with a 4" maxxis rear lip i think they are currently 40mm offsets

the front it would be pushing it if i went to any wider of a rim "rolled the fenders"

the rear i have plenty of space for a wider or deeper dish wheel,

the current set up i did not have to roll the rear fenders only the front

these are the 2 sets of wheels im intrested in so far

i really want the 2 or 3 piece wheels but 4,000 $ for rims and tires are out of my budget

thanks for the help
