Need help asap installing clear lenses

Okay so I got these in the mail:

I took out my headlights, heated them up, split them apart, but now I'm stuck. These lenses fit over top the front part of the housings and I have no idea how to split the actual lense off the black part. I think the whole piece is the same thing, just most of it painted black..? Do I have to use a hacksaw and just kinda eyeball it?

Take your time. It will really look good if done right, but you will see glue marks if you rush it.

oh boy.. all I had to work with was an A/C dremel thing meant for rescuing people from crushed cars. It only had speeds of off or ludacris. My housings are all chewed up, this sucks.

In that case, whose lenses do you recommend?? I myself was looking at nabbing a set of smallcar lenses, but knowing this just may make me change my tune.

It would be 100x easier if you use a sandwheel dremel with adjustable speeds. No heating up of the silicone required - just take out the entire housing, saw off the old lense, and glue on the new one. Viola.

Yeah..I dunno man..They are okay IF and only if you can manage to install them good...but there will always be that ugly seam staring at you when you pop the hood. Dont get me wrong, they LOOK GREAT, but the way they go on is kinda half fast

nothing. It's either these or stock foggy lenses.

never even seen em in person, so i could be soo off on this ...but I figured I could just putty over the seam, to make it look "OEM" more than anything else really.
