Talking A good place for trannys!

I bought a 4.11 tranny/rear diff and a 4.44 tranny/rear diff from jason (Budfreak), they came in today and they look great! They were strapped down to the palate so well that it took me nearly 40mins with wire cutters to remove them both. The best part about it was my total price (with shipping from Ohio to San Antonio) was only $1500 for two trannys!!! So for anyone looking to get trannys for a good price and your willing to do the swap yourself, i deffinetly suggest jason.

Dustin

Ps. I cant wait to see how the 4.44's improve my '95

in all honesty, it is not worth it to swap an auto with over 100k. It is like shooting yourself in the foot for target practice... spend the extra couple bucks to get a trans under 80k at least

Forgive my "newbiness" and lack of knowledge of where to look, but does budfreak have a site or anything where I could check out said transmissions? Thanks in advance.

Lol no not from the vineland crew, but an outfit from northern nj in the passaic area. Dont get me wrong, Jason(budfreak) is a nice guy and all, but the mileage generally seems high on the transmissions he uses...

Got my 4.11 for 250$ from said north jersey place. They have an ebay account, and basicly import engines...when they do get trannies, they get rid of em cheap. mine had...well...no k miles on it, AND came with a wrrenty

Yep, that's who I was thinkin about. Back when I was looking at 240sx's I was checking them out for JDM SR20 motors. They had pretty good deals I thought.
