Transmission interchange

What is the difference in transmisions below???? 1997 year legacy outback.
I can get either one of these plus rear diff but don't know which one will be better--all low miliage.
A.T., AWD, 2.5L, GT---is this one better????
A.T., AWD, 2.5L, LSi
A.T., (AWD), 2.5L, Outback & SUS
A.T., AWD, 2.2L

Thanks for the info...I get the one that is 75% give it a try. I got a 1992 with a bad trans the other day and figure i go with the 4.44 setup

top speed would suck but just IMAGINE the acceleration !!
it would just fly right up to top speed......14 MPH !!
