No more Boom Boom wicky wicky Boom

So I tried mounting my amp to the back of the seat, got everything finalized and now it doesn't sound right. I pulled the amp off the seat back to see if that was a potential problem. Nope, same results. Pulled everything apart (sub out of box and checked all wiring) and everything is where it needs to be. Checked all fuses including the 90 amp under the hood.

The case that holds the fuse looks pretty crappy and also looks as though it got slightly melted. The fuse inside is fine but the case is my concern. The power wire right near the fuse case looks bad as well. Could this be my main headache. Any input is appreciated.

Yes, bad wires will do it. Unless you're running overly large fuses, (be honest here,) they will frequently blow if the wires are bad enough, but not always. Some amplifiers behave very differently when under-fed. Amplifiers with huge internal capacitance usually disguise power problems very well.

Is it out of phase? It's not so bad with midrange, but pretty noticeable if the subwoofer(s) is out of phase with the front, and sounds absolutely horrible if dual subwoofers are crossed. I've seen a single low-end 10" subwoofer with 300 watts absolutely walk circles around some very nice dual 12" with 1400 watts, in SPL and quality. ...all because they were out of phase.

Was it working before? Did you just finally get around to screwing it down, or is this a new install?

Otherwise, you'll have to more precisely define, "doesn't sound right."
