Just curious if anybody is planning to go. I think I've been talked into it.

Been there done that. I watched Kester burn!!! Keep in mind I'm a grad of Shippensburg. Slippery Rock has the parties, Ship has the alcoholics.

This is right in Green-Eyed-Ladys old back yard, and the first we've heard of it . It looks like the 13th was the the latest you could sign up,but maybe we'll come up to test drive the 2005 GT . Tom

Once again, Subaru of America puts on a STELLAR event! This was the most fun i've ever had for free. We arrived early this morning, registered and prepped the car. They had about 7 Legacy GT's to drive on an autox course. I pushed mine REALLY hard to the point that it was almost sideways at one point, and the Subaru rep simply said "Wow, do you drive your SVX like this?" That car is a BLAST. Kerven Subaru had a car there that they had a lease special of $311 a month for a new legacy turbo! Sign and drive, too! HOLY TEMPTING! It was great seeing benebob, hocrest, svxfiles, and greeneyedlady there. Thanks so much for letting me drive your INCREDIBLE 4.44 SVX, svxfiles! I'm glad i didnt get thrown out for romping on your car in the pits! haha

Here are some pics: My camera was acting up, and not focusing on anything, so the pics dont look all that great.

Any idea what Mods were made? I could never find anybody near by the car to ask about it.

It was a great day. Free stuff and lots of Soob's, What more could you ask for??

My highlight of the day was when I got to kick Ben's arse in the autocross

.4 seconds is hardly an a$$ kicking when you have AWD and 85 more ponies. Besides, my tires need to become Crappy Fake Mini killers next weekend at states.

I'd say mine was changing a flat tire with all of 1000 miles in its life on the way home at 10:30 at night.

A close second would've been the 3 hour 15 minute trip from Beaver Falls to Harrisburg. Gotta love people who are all to willing to take a ticket for ya at 125mph. That 350Z should've been embarassed it couldn't shake an xt6.

Seriously though I had a blast. It was even worth the 3am wake up Sunday morning. I will reitterate what I've said before that WRX drivers are definately not nearly as friendly as everyone here is. I'm just guessing that they're embarrassed for having such butt ugly cars when there's an SVX there too drool over.
