wiring problems

Allright, Im finally getting time to fix some of my svx's ailments since our local dealership dont have the ability to fix a car without ripping someone off. My wiper motor works for the rear wiper, only the wiring has been stripped ( 2 of them anyway) that go into the connector. The blue/white wire is cut and there is a pukey green wire cut as well. The only wires that are exposed to connect them are a blue/white wire (with both blue/whites connected the wiper goes even with the ignition off), a brown wire which seems to be a ground, and a bright green with red stripe. Any genius would say that the leads from the harness should trace back to a wire in the harness but Im just wanting to see if anyone else has a pic or has had the same problem. I forgot to mention that the green wire only works when the ignition switch is on but nothing actually is controlled by the switch for the wiper. My subaru dealership just said the wiper motor was bad. Hes also misdiagnosed my car 3 out of four times so Im done with him.

I don't have a picture of the wires, but I have the wiring diagram which should help.
