155,000 miles now. Put a new radiator in and did the alternator mod. Having some issues with the throttle sensor and both O2 sensors at the moment but it still runs perfectly. Transmission is the same as you delivered it, working fine. Thanks Lwin!

Sorry, Huck but you have order of events wrong.
The Rally GB is not until November 6 - 9.
Also, I'm teetering on the edge of pulling out of the Smokies Meet. Just too much to handle in October and November

Joe

Or, If you fancy popping over to Dublin, before or after, can meet up.
Joe, I don't know about popping over to Dublin (still nervous about the Black & Tan ) but meeting for a pint sounds like a good idea if I can fit it in.
Lets see - I arrive Gatwick on the 6th morning, then I'll drive to Merthyr Tydfil where I'll be based at a Pub
The Rally starts Thursday evening then runs through Friday, Saturday and Sunday, finishing early afternoon. I leave from Gatwick on Monday about noon.
I bought tickets for the stages in advance (required) which pretty much ties me into a schedule, but I don't think I'll be rushing to all the stages I have tickets to.
Let me look at my schedule and the driving times between South Wales and Birmingham. A classic car show sounds inviting too.

Be talking to you.

Talking Site Rocks, New Wheels!

Ditto to all the positive comments.
I have been reading postings for 3 years, since right before I bought my 96 LSi, but finally joined last month. My hat's off to all you guys/gals--this is a great community.

BTW, thanks for the wheel/tire input.
I bought a set of pristine Diablo Racing Concept 9 18" rims with Falken 512 tires for $550 today, then drove up my mountain (San Jacinto. SoCal). I had my son and dog with me, so I could not push it, but wow! Even better cornering, and I think the tires are quieter than my Yokohama AVS dbs were when they were new!

And to quote SNL's Fernando, they "rook marverous!"
I will post a picture in the next week.

OK Colin.

I'll check out flight times, and where I'll be staying etc. We can then see what's possible.

You would be more in danger of an English stag party in Dublin than anything about the Black & Tans.

Joe
