Lightbulb SVX: Rough Ride ???

Question for all the seasoned SVXers out there...

I always heard about the "comfortable ride" the SVX was known for.

Now that I have one, I find the ride fairly " hard". Your feel the road and every bump. It is a "tight" ride along with the handling.

It is no where as "cushy" as my Lincoln.

I have replace the front struts (they needed it) and the ride is the same.

Not that I am complaining, but am I missing something or is this normal? Do I need to investigate the suspension further?

Thanks everyone!!

4 degrees here right now in Long Island, New York!! brrrrrrrr

No overheating trans today!!!

I understand what you're saying, but...I think a "comfortable" ride is conditional. Since the SVX is classified as a sports coupe, you have to compare it against others in it's class. Try a Supra of example.

Or, take a ride in an MR2 or a RX-7, then climb back in the SVX and you'll think it VERY smooth.
