I now understand some more of the beaurocracy involved with having modifications approved.

Most of the time, we need to have sufficient documentation for following modifications:

* Engine uprating
* Aftermarket suspension
* Aftermarket Brakes
* Aftermarket Exhaust

As you are aware, our respective road authorities need proper documentation in order to approve changes. Approval = no risk of "getting caught" at MOT/PKK and similar inspections + keeping the second hand value up.

Documentation can be costly but I know for sure that we are in the hundreds in Europe. If we band together development will be much easier and less costly for everyone involved.
