Has anybody had any (positive) luck in dealing with these folks? Anybody have a better source? I placed several orders on their website, but have heard nothing and spend an eternity on hold before I give up.

Nothing good from me! Try 1stsubaru.com or liberty subaru. I like liberty b/c you can call them really easily. Just be sure to say its an internet order. Prices are pretty much the same.

I have......

When I ordered my 97 year model grill, it came painted black already which is really wierd but it helped me out a lot. Mainly because I didnt have to get i painted at a local shop. I think maybe it came like this due to a customer that ordered it than painted it and tried to put it on their car and thought it didnt fit and sent it back.(but it does fit fine, just takes a little fussing with it to get it in place) But back on to the subject, they delivered fairly quick. I cant even really remember, but as far as I'm concerned they are good to buy from.

Finally

I finally go through, but I had to hunt them down through their parent dealership.

Then I got a very helpful parts guy.

Hee hee - that's exactly what I did, but only to cancel my order.

I endorse 1stsubaruparts.com. Scott is the MAN!

Thanks for the kind words!

Here is something that we have never done before! If you are looking for parts, we are having an EMPLOYEE SALE! All parts in-stock are 10% over cost, plus acutual S&H. If you would like to see the parts we currently have in-stock, CLICK HERE This list is huge and it will be shrinking everyday.

If you need help finding a number or if you need to place an order call us at these numbers:
800-650-4036
253-286-2090
253-286-2043
253-286-2044
253-845-9566

If the part is NOT in-stock, the price will be cost + 20%, plus acutal S&H.

Thanks,

C. Scott Williams

Go to http://1stsubaruparts.com/ ...talk to SCOTT
I ordered most of the parts I needed for my SVX from them, so far... prices are reasonable and their service has been excellent, based on my own experience with them. I am a satisfied customer.

subaruparts.com...

I have placed four orders with them. Three of them arrived with no problems at all; the fourth (factory service manuals) took some time , but finally recived all the manuals. My contact person there is Trish. She is very helpful and seems to know what she is doing.

Scott, at 1st subaruparts.com, is always helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service, and the best prices.

I would order from either company, however, my first choice is 1stsubaruparts.com.
