Hey Lwin..

Yeah your right, the FCC woulnd't care For it to much..
That is why I said, ( never said it's Leagal) U will get in trouble.

There was a company called rockey mountain Radar or something like that....
I believe they sold, at one point in a time, an active jammer, but came under fire because of the Active broadcast status.

Your right about the LIGHT. ...... On a foggy night, a little creative lighting would/could look cool.
