What is that stuff called? Helps pass emission test?
anyone know? I have seen information on it before here on the form but I didn't pay much attention but I think it is something you pour in the gas tank. I haven't failed the test yet but my check engine light comes on once in a while and after fighting it for several months and a few dollars, I decided that I would just live with it till I die. Then I got the notice... Emissions check required to get new tabs.

The EGR system?
::EDIT:: My response was to what is part of the emission system that is usually tested as part of the emissions testing.

I think it's called "HEET" or something similar. My kids swear by it.
