Classic SVX
I like them better than the BBS wheels. How is the clearance on them? Do they need any modification or are they "Bolt-on-n-go"?

The Tribecca wheels are 18 x 8 x+55 offset. The lugnuts must be changed. I did not do any mods, tires (255/35/18) have not rubbed yet, but I have yet to have 4 people in the car. I have gone over some large speed bumps without problem.
I originally had 225/40/18s on these wheels, but they looked pinched and too small for the rim.
I do miss the soft ride the taller profile tires gave.

Where would someone get wheels, like the above large picture of the 06 tribecca wheels. I think those look really nice.

Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SET-F...em120230087017

$800 for wheels with tires on them. You could de-mount the tires and sell them to a used tire joint for $20 each.

Just look up "Tribeca" on ebay motors and sort by highest price and you'll see several wheels on the first page.

Wow 18x8's and the stockers were 225? I would think that wasy too narrow for the rim. Though 255 does sound a little over board but great for grip. I love my 235's and I tested the 215's on the SVX for like 2 days when I first got my SVX wasn't cutting it. They do look really sharp though. Thinking of getting them redone in another color maybe though? Gold would look beautiful in my oppinion.

What they call it a vanity-plate. Shouldn't I be obligated to be vane with it?

I'm open to the gold repaint of the 06 Tribecca wheels...resident photoshopwizard request...

BTW I stared at an 08 Tribecca wheel the other day, I thought they were really nice, the pictures on line don't do them justice. The wheels in person are not massive, almost graceful in a turbine sort of way...the finish is very "fresh out of the casting" look, not a BBS finish level. Well worth what-ever the Suburu online dealer of choice is asking (IMHO!)

Re: Photoshop wheels onto SVX

Never been really big into mag rims (for bling sake anyway), but I saw these shots of the Tribeca rims and thought "I like!"
Here's the PhotoShop request...
