Intake manifold spacer installed

As I posted a few weeks ago about installing another set of lower intake manifolds with the stock setup, several issues became clear such as hood clear, egr setup, an so forth.I just cut the top portion of both lower intake manifolds and machined them at work to about 1/2 inch thick drilled out the threaded holes and made some gaskets. The install was easy except for the egr which I managed to get the bottom bolt in and tight and and while tightening the top, THE HEAD BROKE OFF THE BOLT.Well I used some liquid steel to seal the egr for now,ok now for the drive. The car feel more responsive than before, pedal taps still get wheelspin,I will head to the track tomorrow to get some times. The cars averages 2.1-2.2 60ft and high 9.5-9.6s in the 1/8 mile.I will post any improvements, but I don't think my times will improve being fwd.

It keeps the intake charge cooler and increases plenum volume slightly.
By virtue of retaining heat from the intake, it would stand to reason the motor is hotter, if negligibly.
