Speedo Question

As I understand it the Speed Sensor 2 drives the speedometer. Does it drive both the speedometer AND the odometer? My odometer works just fine but the speedometer doesn't and I don't want to have to replace anything that is not only hard to get to but ain't cheap either.

I understand your query and the reason for same.

Provided the US cars are the same as the JDM, and I have seen no evidence otherwise, both the odometer and the speedometer operate from one single electrical signal. "Bugger", you will be saying.

Thats why I am thinking it is an issue with his actual speedometer and not any kind of sensor

Sorry that it took a while. No CEL. If it is indeed the speedometer, are they repairable or just a replace item?

Like YT said, it sounds like the spedometer.
How many miles does your spedometer show?
