towing ?

Is it possible to tow an svx like 200miles on a dolly. if you put the front wheel drive fuse in? will this hert and thing or is it ok to do? thanks

All 4 of the wheels must be off of the ground and not turning - with or without the fuse in. A trailer is the best, or of course a flat bed truck.

thanks i thought so i just wanted to make sure, this is going to be my 2nd svx and im only geting it for $100 and it is in good shape runs and tranny good guy justs wants it out of his yard
just got to ship it to my house.

Remove the driveshaft.
If you only install the fuse you will destroy/smoke the awd clutches.

BEST thing to do...Unbolt the rear part of the driveshaft, where it meets the diff, and use a bungee cord to hang it up on the exhaust. When the car is on the dolly, have 'er in park to help keep it in place. Go ahead and ask Mike621 about the svxi he has towed this way.He actually just got done towing one from columbus ohio to philly without incident
