18x8's w/tires for cheap

I'm selling my 18x8" Konig Flight wheels (+45 offset). No rubbing issues with 225/40R18 tires. They look awesome! Front right had a hairline crack in the inside lip. It is being repaired by NuWheel of Tempe, AZ as we speak.

I'm selling them with Yokohama Avid H4 tires (225/40HR18). 2 tires have inside shoulder wear from poor alignment. However, the meat of the tire has a TON of tread left (I would guess 90%), and could easily be utilized if tires are kept at proper inflation.

New, the rims would be $600 on e-bay (but they're not available anymore)
New, the tires run $127 each.
New, the grand total would be $1100ish. That's about what any set of 18" wheels would cost.

Because of their condition, I'm selling for significantly less than that. This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants some great looking 18's but can't fork over the $1100.

I could also be talked into selling my 18x8" (42 offset) SSW Raze wheels w/Nexen 3000 tires. Brand new, maybe 200 miles on the set. Those will go for significantly more.

I'm selling for 2 reasons.
1) I don't need 2 sets of 18's for the SVX
2) I'm offsetting what it's going to cost to get 18's for my STi.

Thanks for looking.
Mat

Why not use the Raze wheels on the STi?

Too heavy. It'd be dumb of me to take the nice light BBS off and put on some heavy 18's. They'd probably look good, though
