Jacksonville FL sighting..

I was driving down Butler Blvd. and thought I saw myself driving. It was another Laguna Blue SVX. There's not too many of them down here so I thought it was worth posting.

Might have been the one that is in Gainesville. I passed him on Sunday near Palatka. Notice an orange pin stripe down the side?

I didn't notice whether or not there was a pinstripe but there were a lot of bumper stickers on the rear bumper and rear glass.

I've seen one Laguna Blue in Jacksonville when I was meeting up at a dive shop to go down to Devil's Ear. It had a crack on the front grille, but otherwise, looked pristine. Seems to be a popular color around those parts.

Notice how southern sighting threads get few hits, while other parts of the country get 20, 40, more? Funny how SVX owners ceem concentrated in certain regions. I've seen one other SVX, a brief glimpse on a highway near Murphy, N.C., in my 3 years of SVX ownership.

Except for a Lagunal Blue I saw in Jacksonville (probably Nate's) while in my Volvo, I don't see any on the open road. I talked to the Laguna Blue owner in Gainesville, after seeing it in his driveway. It's a '94 FWD he purchased new in Jacksonville after it sat on the lot for a year. He's posted here before. The only other Gaineville SVX I know of is a young lady with a Polo Green. Have yet to talk with her.

My mom lives pretty close to Gainesville and has a claret '92. She doesn't drive it very often.
