Black box under pkg shelf
What's the black box underneath the package shelf behind the little drop down door? It went ballistic tonight clickin rythmically about every second. Is it the fables alarm that went off? Only turning off the ignition killed it or reset it.

Rear deck next to the speaker is the alarm for the 94-97 models. It might be it. I think mine is silver not black on the one I parted out.

That is the security system module you found. It used to be located behind the glove box on the early SVx's (92-92) and later was moved to the rear.
