My future front bar project: opinionns plese
Ok so all my exams are nearly over, and my front grill (for those following that thread) is coming along nicely, so i have begun the design stages for a new front bar.
There is nothing physical yet, just pictures  I have tryed to keep the front following the body line, again not goin overboard following a suttle, but more agressive than stock look! This bar is all my own work, no chops from other bars used here! Very very beautiful JJ, i encourage you buddy. You should first make a mold out of the original bumper, fabricate a new Fiberglass bumper out of the mold and then modify that bumper to make it look like the one you planned.
P.S: NEVER TRY TO DO THE ORIGINAL ONE, I MEAN ADDING CUTTING IT AND ADDING A LIP.... DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO WITH THE REPLICA

arhhh thanks earl that one is a bit easyer to see, yes i agree it is simialar, being entirly individual gets hard when everone has the same intersts and tastes
Basically all i did was lower the stock frond bar, and bring the bottom lip forward, also adding the side inlets Thanks danny, that was actually a question i had for u, but you answered it before i asked  , i was goin to do that or maybe find another stock bumper to cut up, no way would i atempt that on my own one

JJ, a word of advice, never attempt to "glue" plastic with fiberglass and paint the lot. As soon as you hit the front lip a little bit, it will crack on the level of glued place. You have two choices: either fabricate a front lip and add it to your front bumper (by screws) without mixing the two, or (preferable) make a plaster mold out of your stock bumper, mix fiber and customize it as you wish...

Just ask me if you need anymore help. I am also planning to make a plaster mold out of my front bumper. My prototype is somehow heavy, i need to make a mold out of it and fabricate a new light one. If you can wait like a couple of months before you begin your project because i will be making a full photographed procedure to the members over here.
