Significant Technical Input
The lights being in the right place has to do with the inhibitor switch but the inhibitor switch can not make the trans not pump fluid. If the torque converter was installed correctly the pump would pump fluid any time the engine was running.

How many quarts of atf did you put in?

measure for me how far from the T/C starter ring is from the bottom front side of the bell housing. They should be 2-3mm from touching... Thats friggin close. If not, the pump was crushed on installation and thats why you have no line pressure.

I did 8 then added extra because I have 2 trans coolers so, plenty.

Ill measure the other when I can get to it again.

Where is the pump? In the trans? where the torque converter goes into it?

no, if the engine is turning it should be pumping.

The transmission definitely has to come out and then we have to try to determine if by some miracle the pump, input shaft, and torque converter have all survived the engine running while impropperly installed.

that is probably quite low on fluid depending on how much extra but probably not low enough to cause it not to move.

I hate to say it but you might want to consider finding a transmission shop to take over for you.

the pump seperates the front diff from the main case of the tranny. I would suggest rebuilding your pump rather than installing another because it would keep you from having to realign the front diff

12 may be too much which can also be bad.

Is there anything on the dipstick after 8+??

I'd add one, wait, check, repeat...

either way, it dosent look like anything is moving, so it is either a bad pump or something more major.
