seafoam vs run rite

Has anyone tried run rite cleaners? It's supposed to be comparable to seafoam. If you look on this page http://www.run-rite.com/industry/products01.htm, they have an instructional video that shows how to install the stuff and what it will do for you.

Searching the web I found a guy that set up an IV drip for seafoam out of cheap valves. He said that he drained about 1/3 of the bottle at a fast drip and then changed to a small stream until he got to 1/2 bottle and then he cut it off for the standard 5 mins. Said that he got the idea from run-rite.

Or is this just another gimmic?
