Please Help!!

i just finished my awd conversion in my formerly fwd svx, and one of the cooling lines blew causing the fluid to drain at a very fast rate, i tried to drive the car with the trans slipping to get it on to the car toter, but it was slipping too bad, i changed all the fluid and the filter, but it now will not move in first gear, it feels like i am slamming on the brakes, second is super slow, and third is also slow, fourth kicks like it should, is my trans done or is there something i can do to save it

If you've filled the tranny with fluid, and it's not leaking, most likely you smoked the clutches when you ran it without fluid. Costly mistake. Check the for sale section....I'm sure there's some trannys in there for a decent price.
