Chris is an old Colliingswood boy, he knows Philly sports well. My list:

NFL - Dallas Cowboys (Since I was 4, I have a photo of me in Cowboys footie pajamas somewhere )
NHL - New Jersey Devils - born in NJ until I served my 25 year sentence and moved to PA
MLB - Baltimore Orioles - always loved downtown Baltimore. At least since 1985.
NBA - Hate it
NASCAR - Jimmie Johnson - Lowe's Chevy #48 (There you go Shadow! )
WRC - Subaru 555 of course!!!
F1 - BAR-Honda or McLaren-Mercedes
NCAA Football - Michigan Wolverines

It may sound stupid. I'm not sorry though....im a diehard Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies fan. I have been since i could remember. Ive grown up in NY but have gone to philly games alot because we had family that lived there and my uncle used to take me to games. I still remember sitting in the upper section of the old spectrum watching the sixers in the 1991 playoffs when they lost to the eventual NBA champions chicago bulls. Win or lose i'll always support my teams.

I spent my last 7 years in philly, I got tired of Philly teams FAST!!

Im mostly and NFL guy...

Redskins = First time I ever watched football, they won the superbowl... gotta stick with it!

Panthers = Was in Carolina when the team was bored, no better reason to root for them if you ask me!

Tampa Bay = I was born in FL, and well... I always loved pirates. LOL

I know... lots there, but hey!

You can't gauge a team by how many super bowl wins it has. One game isn't enough to tell you how good a team is. It takes at least 16 to know for sure. History has shown that Wild Card teams can make it to the Super Bowl and even win against top-notch opponents. If that isn't enough to tell you that the Super Bowl means squat, then I don't know what is.

Apparently you do listen to me. Since I made that comment a few days back about the quality of your comments, they have gotten significantly better. This is a shining example, as is the rest of your post.

Great to see your still on your game.

Hey, it works for Mandi! I'll still be your friend, even if you are an eagles fan.

So that's why the Eagles have won the last three meetings between the two teams?

no, this is the NFC championship, regardless of the attendee, they have been beaten, and here is where the curse kicks in and makes it 4...

see, it doesnt matter if the 49ers were here for this game.

they will lose, and thats well... the Philly curse... see earlier in this thread where I refer to even Smarty Jones not being able to escape the curse.

And, well... another curse was broken this year, so I will GLADLY put my foot in my mouth if they win.

Eagles are alive and well without TO....i havent seen a team as confident and loose as this eagles team in a long time. Game vs the Falcons will be a great one to watch.

agreed on many levels

I have no animosity for the Eagles, they are not a team I hate, or even dislike... many have misconstrued this from my posts.

after living in the Philly region for the past 7 years... well... Im just making an educated observation...

the city is cursed as far as sports go.
