Any Firefly fans here??

Just wondering as the firefly boards I frequent seem similar in attitude to this one, friendly informed and helpful!

A friend of mine has a convertible with tranny problems. He drives a Lumina now.

I've always liked the Justy over the FireFly/Sprint/Metro/Swift/Forza...

Then there was the ProFly...a 454ci Chevy engine wedged into a FireFly body!

Gotta be careful when you mention FireFly of a car forum

As for the TV show...never heard of it.

Yeah, i kinda forgot about the car, The TV show is great though. Its kinda a space western you should be able to get the DVDs of the first season from walmart or bestbuy or ebay, I highly recomend them. Oh and the movie adaptation is coming out in April!

Loved that show, never been to any boards, though. I was thrilled to hear it's being resurrected, too.

Canadian Firefly(s)

Never heard of the show, but I owned a Sprint (50mpg) and two Swift GT's (twincams) and they were all excellent cars for the money. Almost zero problems with all three of them. I think the Swift GT's were called Cultus down under....and available with AWD. I saw them nipping at the heels of some Porsches on Speed Channel a few years back.
