I don't think that the 92's had this feature. 93' - 94's I've been told were the first to get this.

i really like the plate that folds up to cover the stereo. i feel a little bit safer knowing that people don't know if i have a nice stereo. i wish all the cars came with that function. and i like not being blinded in the middle of the night by my stereo.

I voted for the bright switch on the end of the stalk. I use that sucker all the time and have seen no other car yet that has that little feature. I don't know what I would do (except strain my eyes) if I did not have it. Many cars these days have the temp reading for the outside and, while handy to have, is not all that special a feature these days.

The Forester has one too, must be a standard Subaru feature now

Exclamation 0.5C temp changes for a/c

is a nice feature allowing just the right temp control ..a lot of cars I've driven that have had no half degree adjustment have either been too cold or too hot..SVX just right !!

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

I like the anti-kelli 'trunk-monkey' (trademarked by Suburban Chevrolet installed into my Subaru SVX.) feature. I push a button and the monkey walks up and smacks her on the arse.

Wow Now that is awesome. .5 deg C is perfect as that is about 1 deg F. Thanks for the info. I had no idea that it did that. I may change mine over to C now since I won't loose the sensitivity.
