Question Electrical problem (fuses)

I replaced the new stereo that was installed in my car when i bought it with the original stock SVX stereo system (luckily the previous owner was kind enough to only splice in the new adapter and leave the old one as well). However, when I disconnected the battery to perform the task, the wire fell back on the positive battery terminal and I ended up blowing a few fuses. I replaced an ATO fuse to fix the interior lighting, unfortunately I still have no power to Heat/cooling/fans or Stereo power, nor will the temperature display work. None of the other ATO fuses are blown.

I'm sure one of the large Black (19amp?) fuses are, but I'm not sure how to check if one is blown (they are all original fuses and coated in a dark impenetrable black grime..) Does anyone know which particular fuse(s) might be responsible? I'd want to rule out a short in the stereo wiring after checking the fuses. Thanks!

The fuse that is blown is the 20 AMP cig ligther. Its located in the fuse box in the car behind the kick panel

Re: Electrical problem (fuses)

Don't know how i missed these. Apparently I blew 3 fuses when swapping the stereo. I blew the interior 15amp fuse under the hood, the 20 amp Radio and 20amp Cig. in the kick panel below the dash.

Thanks for the help
