*Another issue, help identify part please...(pulley system)
So starting up the SVX today greeted me with yet another issue... some rather noisy squeaking.
The top, furthest to the left pulley or tensioner is now wobbling... sounding like the bearing has given. It's not THAT bad yet, but it's going and noticeable. I'm not sure what part "exactly" this is but it's the one right in front of the power steering fluid box where the belt goes around/connects. (not the smaller one on the bottom) Could someone please tell me the exact part and # if possible and possibly where I should get it for the best price? I swear this car knows when I get my check each week  Caliper and now this... both which I'll have to special order apparently.

Hmm, that's the power steering pump... it could be the pump giving up all together... Not sure whether you would be able to find just the pulley. I think it would be much easier and cheaper just to replace the whole thing... check out E-Bay, or post in the WTB section.

Thank you for the quick response!
If that's what it is, power steering pump, I just did a quick search on subaruparts.com and there's a ball bearing part listed for $11.61 - 34481 Isn't that all I would need since that's most likely what it is making it wobble/squeak? Or is it way more complex than that? I'd rather have someone rebuild it for $50 than buy a new one for $400.  I didn't see anything on eBay for the power steering pump.

You could get one from Peter here in NZ for approx $NZ80 + postage, check out all the stuff he is currently got off the 3 SVXs he is wrecking -
