Fuel Smell
Hey guys, Have a fuel smell coming from the engine bay.. Any ideas on where to even begin? I was thinking about checking the lines to the fuel filter, but I am not positive on where the location of it might be... You can't smell gas when it's just sitting, but if you crank it up you can. Its not very noticeable on the freeway or in town, mainly when you are stopped for a while... Thanks!

the fuel lines and filter are under the hood on the drivers side... they are 3 black lines that run near the brake booter all the way in the the fuel rails... one line is interuped by a metal or black can (thats the fuel filter)

Figured it out...turned out to be the rubber hose next to the drivers side strut tower, put a new length of hose on with new clamps, good as new!
