question about 18' rims

I want to get these rims but i want to make sure they will fit ok.
its 5/114 with a 45mm offset. anyone have this size rim ? does it ever scrape or rub( with or without people in the car? . I want bigger rims but not sure if 18s are to big.

Those wheels should work as long as there not too wide . I run 18 X 7 wheels with 42mm offset and I have no rubing.

fitment

ok heres what i got,
anyone know if this will work???

The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 4mm MORE
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 16mm

Sounds like those wheels will rub on the rear fender.
Mine are 7mm closer then stock and there only about 5mm from the fender.

If you run 42mm offset and have no problem, then the 45mm offset should be better. Yours extend 3mm more than the 45's. As long as you tires are not too wide I would think they should fit.

I think the rims he's looking at are wider then 7"

Ok I found rims I want but I have a new question.
These are 18 x 7.5 with 40 mm offset. sound ok?
and the guy said They come with 12mm x 1.5" lugs. I would have to buy the 12mmx 1.25 lugs locally he said. Will that work ok? are hey alot of $$$$?

That is the correct size nut. You can buy them at most tire shops or parts stores. Can be cheap or expensive depending on your taste in style & quality of plate. Suggest you buy a locking lug for each wheel.
