The VIN number given does appear to match the UK VIN format - except there is a typo: letter "O" should be number "0".

ie: JF1CXWBROEH002671 should be JF1CXWBR0EH002671

I don't know if your computer program is the same as the one my dealer has, but they get no information from my Japanese VIN: CXD002261

VIN CXD002261 was made in Sept '91 and first sold in Japan in Dec 91 for Y4,078,000 plus taxes. Included options were ABS and cruise control.

Ya ruined it.

I was about to mention the refrigerated Newcastle Brown Ale storage box up front, and the cricket bat & gloves compartment in the rear on the CXD models, to make him really homesick.!

Now he won't even go for the cupholder blarney.
