doesnt matter if theres a tire on it or not....im gonna take it off and put a different one anyway.

also the left one is what i need to replace, idc if its a right one if the price is right.

Im located in the Buffalo NY area, so the closer you are to there the better, and im willing to travel an hour or so to save on shipping/hassle of someone shipping it.
