An easy one that could leak that kind of oil (puddle size of engine) is a loose oil filter.
The filter is accessed under the car, on the passener side of the engine, just under the front bottom cover or tray...be careful this tray probably has oil collected in it...you may be able to fit under the car without jacking it up, just try hand tightening filter clockwise...

Well Its not a puddle like that, its a bunch of runs that are running together. And its mostly on the drivers side, very little comming from the passengers side.

have you looked at the top of the motor while its running and looked for oil dripping or wet spots of oil?

The oil filter is on the passenger side of the motor and since your leaks seem to be more from the drivers side that sounds more like valve covers. And lucky for you, theres a new thread that tells you what seals you need and how to replace them without pulling the motor:

Thanks for the link, I did see that the other day. Though it looks easy enough, I really dont want to do it myself. Im scared I would mess something up....

Dustin
It is quite simple and there are several ways to do it w/o pulling the motor. IDK why people think you have to pull the motor to do such simple things on this car, but whatever... (not directed towards Dustin at all)

Hey man... I was waiting on a diagnosis from the shop up there before I scrap my plans to work on the car. Have you taken it anywhere to get a diagnosis yet?

Hey, no we havent yet. Should I take it to a Subaru dealership, or will any dealership work? Or should I not go to a dealership at all?

hey "mysvxrocks"

i hav the same problem with oil....my baby pisses more oil out in a day then do in a week!

i just moved in my new house and put some drip pans to catch the oil to avoid oil stains in my new garage.......the pans look like they've been there for years!

i'll put pix up tomorro after work

i was told that the EG33 are notorious to leak oil out, however to piss as much as mine....crazy!

im just savin pennys to get some gaskets...i tried cleanin he engine to pinpoint the leak/s but when driving the oil goes everywere makin it imossible to find the leak/s!

Yeah, Im waiting for my bro to get home from Germany, and hes going to help me replace the valve covers, and the front and rear main seals. I hope to pull the engine out to do it... it is REALLY nasty under the engine...
