hanging hose to nowhere
Whilst cleaning and reattaching the ground wire for my passenger side O2 sensor, I noticed a hose in that area (where the O2 sensor clip is) that is just hanging... I see nowhere where it could attach and am just wondering what its purpose is? some sort of venting thing im assuming. anyone else know what im talkin about?

Could it be the hose from the bulkhead that drips water? when the A/C is working

yep, thats the one. since this skewed towrds air conditioning... i have a question. My AC system is fine, it was blowing cold before I detached to lines to take off my intake manifold. I bought the wal-mart 134 recharge kit, and the pressure is 28psi, but its not blowing anywhere near as cold as it used to... Im moving to Arizona (maybe) and AC will be a must, 290 AC won't cut it down there. Any ideas why its not up to par? did I have to do something besides just add refridgerant to get it working right again?

haha - the car was converted to R134a... at least I though so... lol
the blue low-ressure port would make it a 134 car, ya?

The '92-'93 were R-12. My '94 is R-134a. And I'm pretty sure '95-'97 is R-134a as well.

If it has the R134 adapter on the LP an HP connecter it should be converted. look around on the front, the panel in front of the radiator, or maybe on the hood should be a tag that shows the conversion date info.

I had posted a picture in a previous thread that showed the A/C lines on my SVX, it has been converted to the R-134a. If you have these, then you probably have had the system converted.

yeah, I have the blue cap LP port on the line, and the red cap HP port on the drier, so why is this R134a recharge not working so well?
