How to replace Wiper Linkage??

Hey, well, I'm hoping to fix my broken wiper probem really soon. How do I remove the black trim between the hood and the windshield?? Is there anything else I need to get off to replace the linkage? should it be pretty cut and dry from there? thanks for info.

James

You are correct. There are a series of clips behind the black flat trim piece at the base of the windshield, just pry up one end and move on down the line. That needs to come off first before you can take the grating off that goes over the wiper motor and linkages.
Thanks for your help kwren!

It has about 4 clips I believe. Then theres the 2 pieces that have all the holes in it for the air intake. The clips for those are under the rubber gasket.
As for removing the wiper linkage, etc, I have no idea.
