When I born, I Black,
When I grow up, I Black,
When I go in Sun, I Black,
When I scared, I Black,
When I sick, I Black,
And when I die, I still black...

And you White fella,
When you born, you Pink,
When you grow up, you White,
When you go in Sun, you Red,
When you cold, you Blue,
When you scared, you Yellow,
When you sick, you Green,
And when you die, you Gray...

And you calling me Colored ?

I remember that poem from a few years ago. Guess it is making the rounds again.
So far the earliest posting I've found was from Saturday, January 03, 1998 on this blog site in Singapore.

Ah, heck... I had that (slightly different version) on a poster on my wall in my room with a cute little puppy pic back when I was a pre-teen... in the 1970's. Always did like that one.
