Ahh, but you see, think of all the pollution created by the machines that are used to tear these cars apart, then the materials will either be left over or the energy used to separate metals/burn off the non-recyclable parts... all in all thats what their other aim is because people don't think of how much energy is used and pollution results from these cars being taken off the road.

Not to mention the pollution from the creation of the new cars and energy spent on recycling the materials that otherwise were still useful. Just about anybody with a car that was truly polluting because it was in such bad shape likely are the people that cannot afford a car payment every month. So, when these cars get repoed what happens then?? Sounds like a housing crisis only with cars this time around. It is 100% evil and nothing more. Temporary solutions only discolor the future
