On a more serious note. Just mapquest "Island Beach State Park" in "NJ" and it'll prettymuch get you there. what it doesnt mention is the road in the park itself...which come on now, that's pretty self explanitory.
Im trying to find out exactly WHERE the "Designated swiming beach" ends, so I can figure out which parking lot is best. The two main lots are HUUUGE. Like, the little square extensions are almost as big as the corner we reserve ourselves at Reading. They are prety nice though..Very secluded, and the northern one has a very photogenic beach dune / road in the corner. I think the southernmost extension lot would be the best place to park and chill, then hike down the beach to grill
...still havent figure out exactly where that designated beach is, but I assume its the stretch that the HUUUUUGE parking lot is for. We may end up meeting at the south end of the big lot and either walking down beach, or making a brief convoy and parking in one of the smaller lots.

Im going to make up some signs that will point you to the lot...There's alot of little spots and small roads and stuff on the main stretch that could end up confusing you. I know when we went for the big nasioc meet, it was like "Is that the lot?..nope" "Is that it?....nope" I imagine it'll be harder to spot 10-15 svxi than 70-90 imprezzas

I think i'm not going to make it until noon. I get 4 days a month to sleep past 4:45am, and this is one of them, so i think i'm gonna crank up the ambient music machine and really try to get some full sleep.
